As you may have noticed the practice is continuing to work differently than it did pre-Covid. Due to increasing demands it is impossible to return to the appointment system we had prior to the pandemic.

The Practice Manager manages all of the business aspects of the Practice such as making sure that the right systems and the right people are in place, at the right time, in order to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises, equipment and IT (information technology). The Practice Manager supports the Admin Team, GPs and other medical professionals to deliver patient services and also helps to develop extended services, enhancing patient experience and care.

Reception Staff

Our reception staff have been trained to help you, sometimes they need to ask questions to ensure you receive help from the correct person. They will treat matters in complete confidence. In order to help appropriately the reception staff will require some personal details including:

Date of Birth
Contact Number

Reason for Contacting Practice(This is to ensure that the reception staff can assign you to the most appropriate service, as sometimes may not need GP or Nurse involvement). Privacy is an important issue to our practice. If you have an issue you do not feel comfortable discussing at our front desk please inform our Reception staff and they can arrange to discuss matters in the private area.
